Bruno Kuster is a Consulting Director at Friday Concepts with more than 40 years of experience delivering core banking system implementations, banking technology transformation, and large-scale software delivery programmes for leading financial institutions across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He is a recognised subject matter expert in Temenos core banking solutions, having led numerous end-to-end implementations involving T24, Temenos WealthSuite, TAP, CRM, Channels, Data Source, and related banking platforms. His expertise spans programme management, business analysis, solution design, systems integration, data migration, regulatory implementation, digital banking, and target operating model design.
Prior to joining Friday Concepts, Bruno spent over two decades with Credit Suisse in senior project and programme management roles before leading major transformation initiatives for Temenos, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS Card Center, and other global financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered core banking implementations, digital banking platforms, online and mobile banking solutions, regulatory and tax reporting programmes, complex data migration initiatives, and multi-country banking transformations. His extensive experience in banking operations, wealth management, and private banking, combined with deep technical knowledge of core banking platforms, enables him to provide strategic guidance and implementation oversight for complex banking transformation programmes.
